A closer fit. A more comfortable space.
Spray foam is applied as a liquid that expands and cures in place. It can combine insulation and air sealing when the right product is installed at the required thickness.

Good materials.
The right application.
Where it may be a good fit
- Open wall cavities during construction or renovation
- Roof decks and attic assemblies designed for foam
- Rim joists and irregular spaces with suitable access
What to consider
Open-cell and closed-cell foams behave differently. The assembly, moisture conditions and available depth help determine a suitable product.
Ventilation, vapor control and any required thermal or ignition barriers must be considered together.
Installation requires controlled access. Ask about preparation, ventilation and the product-specific re-entry instructions before scheduling.
Compare all three materialsGood questions. Clear answers.
Is spray foam right for every attic?
No. Roof condition, existing ventilation, moisture and how the attic is used all matter. Discuss the complete roof assembly before choosing a material.
What is the difference between open-cell and closed-cell?
Open-cell foam is less dense. Closed-cell foam is denser and generally provides more thermal resistance per inch. Moisture behavior and assembly requirements differ, so the choice is property-specific.
Can it be installed in an existing home?
Sometimes. Access, existing materials and the condition of the building determine the scope. Share photos and the areas you want to improve when requesting an estimate.
